Does UMB have a strategic plan? This is a very timely question. Well, we’re working on it. Don’t groan! … This will not just get worked on and go on a shelf. Yes, as the plan’s components progress it will be online. We are working on it. During the strategic plan process, we will be seeking your opinions.
The strategic plan will need to be attached to a business plan. They both need to be considered to achieve our goals.
